Put this to work this week
A week gives you what to gather, one change at home and one thing to observe. It starts with four short questions.
What to change
One change, not a room makeover.
Pick the one thing your child asks you for most — water, a cloth, a coat, a snack — and move it to a height they can reach alone. Add a cloth beside it for the mess that follows.
Household first
Try this before buying anything for it.
A low hook, a bottom drawer, or a tray on the floor all count.
Check before you do it
Check that reaching it does not require climbing on anything unstable.
What this supports
The capacity you will be watching, not a promise.
