Plans without an account

You can build a plan without registering. Your answers are stored against an anonymous session identifier held in your browser. Plan pages are reachable only through a private link containing a secure token, and those pages are excluded from search engines.

Children's information

We ask for an age range and optionally a first name or nickname so your plan reads naturally. We do not need a full name, birth date, photograph or any health or educational record, and we ask you not to provide them.

Analytics

We measure how the product is used — which steps are completed, which activities are opened, whether a plan is saved. We never send your child's name or your written observations to analytics.

Email

Sending yourself a plan is a single message. Follow-up check-in emails are a separate, optional choice you make explicitly, and you can stop them at any time.

Purchases

Beholdings LLC is the data controller for this site. When you buy a digital guide, our reseller Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record: they collect your email address, billing country and payment details to take payment, calculate tax, issue your receipt and handle refunds. We never see or store your card details. We keep your order — your email address, what you bought, the amount, and the campaign or page the visit arrived from — so we can deliver the file, honour refunds and meet our accounting obligations. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in understanding which pages produce sales.

Beyond Paddle, we share personal data only with the service providers that host this site and its database, with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. Orders are kept while needed for support, refunds and accounting, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details below.
