If a digital guide you bought from HeyMontessori isn't right for your family, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason, and you may keep the file you downloaded.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who handle refunds on our behalf. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or write to us through our contact page and we will arrange it for you.
When the refund arrives
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes a few business days to show it. Access to the download link ends once a refund is issued.
Problems with a download
If a file will not open or your link has stopped working, contact us before asking for a refund — we will get you the file. Product questions come to us; billing and refund questions are handled by Paddle.
