HeyMontessori is operated by Beholdings LLC. By continuing to use this site or buying one of our digital guides, you agree to these terms.
What this service is
HeyMontessori provides practical educational suggestions for families. It is not a developmental assessment, a diagnosis, medical advice, childcare or a substitute for a qualified professional's judgment about your child.
Supervision and safety
Activities involve household objects, water, small parts and real tools. You are responsible for supervising your child and for judging whether an activity is appropriate and safe in your home. Follow the safety notes on each activity.
Acceptable use
You must not use this site unlawfully, attempt fraud, send spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with its security — including probing, scraping or introducing malicious code. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
Purchases, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms, and our own refund terms are on our refund policy page.
Digital guides
A purchased guide is licensed for use in your own family, non-exclusively and non-transferably. Please do not resell, redistribute or republish it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site or to download links, and all implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
